Nadia Cattouse, 99, Belizean-born British actress

Nadia Cattouse, who died 29 October 2024, aged 99, was a Belizean-born
British actress, singer and songwriter. Cattouse began her onscreen
acting career in 1954, and is best known for her roles in many British
television programmes including Angels, Play for Today, Crown Court,
Within These Walls, Dixon of Dock Green and Johnny Jarvis.

She was not born in Belize. Trust me on this.

I first visited Belize in 1991 - at which time they considered themselves a
very new nation (only 11 years old).

I think I still have an old globe showing British Honduras, somewhere, but
the one I just checked does show Belize (so must be less than 44 years old).
