New Orleans terrorist dead after killing 10 and injuring 35 in Bourbon
Street NYE bloodbath

A terrorist who killed at least 10 people and injured 35 others after
plowing a vehicle into a crowd celebrating New Year on New Orleans'
Bourbon Street has been killed, sources say.

The driver rammed into the large group at high speed, then got out and
started firing a weapon, witnesses said. Investigators later added that
they found what appeared to be improvised explosives at the crash site
that did not detonate.

Two police officers were shot and are in stable condition after being hit
at the crash scene, where observers later noted that a mysterious object
attached to a flagpole had been tied to the suspect's vehicle.

Police sources later told the New York Times that the suspect was killed
in the shootout, and said the pickup truck used in the attack was
registered to a 42-year-old man from Houston.

It was reported Wednesday morning by CNN that the suspect lived in New
Orleans, and Fox News reported the truck used in the attack was a rental,
and had crossed the US-Mexico border on November 16 and was not being
driven by the suspect at the time.

Donald Trump said in a statement that an illegal migrant is to blame for
the attack, as he branded the incident a 'pure act of evil.' The
citizenship of the suspect is not clear.

Witnesses claim the suspect was 'wearing full body armor' and 'armed with
an assault rifle', and officials said he was 'trying to run over as many
people as he possibly could'.

Here's the AP coverage of the New Orleans mayhem, which already is
showing numerous signs that it was an Islamic terrorist strike.

Corpse count from Bourbon Street terrorist strike rises to 15 bodies at
2:19 pm Eastern, NBC News reports with scores more being treated; FBI is
handling investigation, and is quoted as saying they "don't believe" the
dead perp acted alone.

News nets are downplaying the apparent fact that perp's truck was
stern-flying an Isis flag. Sugar Bowl game scheduled for later tonight
in downtown New Orleans Superdome is postponed to Thursday, January 2nd.

Not-so-Happy New Year.

The articles state that there is not yet an official list of victims.
The following names have been compiled from unofficial sources. All of
these people are said to have been killed.

Kareem Badawi, university student
Tiger Bech, 27
Drew Dauphin, 26
Nikyra Dedeaux, 18
Hubert Gauthreaux, 21
Reggie Hunter, 37
Nicole Perez, late 20s
Matthew Tenedorio, 25

I collected the above information from three sources. The list of
names on each source is slightly different. The articles also contain
some biographies and photos.

I've heard 14 and 15 as the number of confirmed deaths.

Now, all of a sudden, authorities are saying Bourbon St. terrorist DID
act alone and thus had no confederates?!

Based on what he said in that press conference only hours after the
terrorist strike, Louisiana Senator John "not JFK" Kennedy will soon
come forward with what he was privately briefed about (but said wouldn't
detail yet for the press until the other "bad guys" were rounded up).

Kennedy sounded angry on New Year's Day, and this pivot (by the FBI, or
whomever) shall make Kennedy all the more steamed now, it would seem.
