As a 17-year-old she married a 93-year-old in 1936...she died in December
2020 at age 101.

She outlived other "last Civil War Widows" but have there been any
claims since?

The World Trade Center towers MUST rise again,
at least as tall as before...or terror has triumphed.

Perhaps all the US Civil War widows are hanging out with the Tuskegee Airmen, the Navajo Code Talkers, and cast members of Coronation Street.

the Navajo Code Talkers,
Not sure of status there...

and cast members of Coronation Street.

They're numerous.

Apparently not. In this case, the "Civil War widow" claimed she never
told anybody she'd gotten married to him between the time of the
marriage in 1936 and when she met with her pastor in 2017 to plan her
funeral. Sure, rely on that.

I'd hoped this nonsense had stopped with the death of the last
so-called CWW, but I guess not. A Civil War widow is (or should be) a
woman who was married to a KIA at the time he was killed.
