Frederick "Fred" John Bruckbauer, 69, of Naples, died
October 14, 2007.

Formerly of Madison, WI, he had been a Naples resident
the past seven years.

He was an avid hunter, fisherman and trap shooter all his
life.

Fred played major league baseball for the Minnesota Twins
and later worked for the John Deere Company for 35 years.

Fred was a man of few words, but you couldn't know him
without becoming his friend. Fred had a keen mind and
contagious spirit. He will dearly missed by his loving family
and all who knew him.

He is survived his devoted wife of 48 years, Kathy; his
children, Terry (Laurie) Bruckbauer of Buckley, WA, Debbie
(Kent) Jacobson of Watertown, WI, Sandy (Todd) Andrew
of Winter Park, FL, Amy (Brad) Zeigler of Delafield, WI;
brother, Rob (Jeanette) Bruckbauer of Remer, MN; and
grandchildren, Amanda, Patricia, Sam and Hunter Bruckbauer,
Brett and Kaley Jacobson, Connor, Claire and Logan Andrew;
and Mack, Jake, Hayden and Cade Zeigler.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on
Wednesday (TOMORROW), October 17th, St. Agnes Chapel,
7775 Vanderbilt Beach Road Extension, Naples. In lieu of
flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Naples Heritage
Beautification Committee, 8150 Heritage Club Way, Naples,
FL 34112. Fuller Funeral Home East Naples 417-5000
